After a long time, Google has finally stopped the sale of Nexus One phone. The Nexus One was the first Android phone to be designed and sold by Google itself. The death of Nexus one hardware have not resulted in the software death, Android still continues to grow, due to its open-source nature.
Android is gaining popularity to dominate the mobile OS market in the same way as Windows has dominated the desktop market. After the decline of Nexus one Google developed Nexus S joining hands with Samsung providing the latest hardware meeting amazing software to expose the new features of the Android platform. Google will not be selling it in retail market directly. Samsung will make it to reach people’s Homes.
